Event Sales Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person with a strong selling background to join a young and exciting brand as we expand and continue to grow our events portfolio. We boast not only our brewery, but also its conjoining Taproom and charming events space, The Brewhouse. The role will be working in a team to promote and sell the Brewhouse. The Brewhouse has a 500 person capacity under two railway arches, a courtyard and conservatory and plays host to many events such as in house events, weddings, gigs & club nights, corporate training & team building days plus much more.
The Events Sales Manager will be responsible for reaching out and finding new business. The successful applicant will be expected to cold call, develop new leads and sell the space. Once sold they will manage the organisation of the event through to handover to the operations team who will run the event on the day. They will be predominantly focused on the following areas: corporate functions, team building, weddings and private hire. The role will include putting together event packages, creating competitive quotes and client account management whilst also selling and promoting the event space to create more brand awareness. As the role will be working as part of a craft brewery business, a good knowledge of craft beer would be very beneficial.
Successful candidates will have:-

£25k basic (+ Bonus scheme of 5k and potential to earn more) depending on experience

Chef De Partie
We are looking for the right person to become part of our kitchen team in a Chef de Partie role.
This role provides a great challenge for the right candidate to work predominantly within our Taproom, which is our London Fields Brewery bar and in addition our 500 capacity event space, The Brewhouse. Our Taproom menu focus is providing excellent food to match our in house beers. Our menu comprises perfect beer food such as home made burgers, pulled pork burgers, welsh rarebit, sausage rolls and scotch eggs with an emphasis on making simple yet delicious dishes with quality, seasonal produce. Our lunchtime trade is simple soups, stews and sandwiches. Our events space caters for everything from weddings through to corporate lunches, private parties and BBQ’s.
Successful candidates will have:
- experience running a section within a busy kitchen
- Be enthusiastic in the making of excellent quality food
- Have good timekeeping and a sense of urgency in service
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be self motivated and efficient
- Be presentable, tidy and communicate professionally with customers
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
- Be aware and uphold high standards of food hygiene and health and safety regulations
- Have had a previous chef de partie position
- Have a level 2 Food Hygiene certificate

We started off in 2011 in Hackney at the beginning of the Craft Beer Boom, and have continued to grow month on month ever since. We now find ourselves needing a new sales person to add to our team of 3 to help the company continue to grow and develop.
The main responsibilities of the sales executive will be creating and building a new client base. Our beer is currently sold in bars, pubs, restaurants, hotels and shops across London, and via distributors to other places across the UK. They will also be expected to increase throughput on our existing accounts, and manage and maintain new and existing client relationships. A thorough knowledge of our beers and the brewing process will be a necessity as part of the role will also require the successful applicant to provide training to our stockists to ensure that all retailers are fully equipped to serve our product to the public.
The successful applicant will have ideally worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate strong sales ability and experience. They will have advanced negotiation skills and an understanding of the sales process. They must be confident talking to clients, both over the phone and in face to face meetings. They will be expected to have a sound knowledge of beers, and ideally the craft beer industry, and will have worked in a pub co or have a strong industry background.
It would be an advantage for the applicant to have good IT knowledge, and experience on Illustrator or similar design packages. A driving license would also be an advantage.
